The Millennium Institute of Sport & Health opened in February 2002 providing a unique sports training and support environment. The Institute is located near Albany on Auckland's North Shore.

The Millennium Institute of Sport & Health is committed to improving the personal health and well being of New Zealanders and supports individuals, sports teams and community organisations in the pursuit of health and sporting goals.
